Recipe: Grilled Carrots
These carrots are delicious, and perfect for any summertime grilling event! Roasting them on the grill brings out the sweet flavor of the carrot, and the sauce serves as a delightful compliment.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb carrots, washed
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Method:
- Heat grill to medium flame.
- Whisk together butter, olive oil, vinegar, and rosemary.
- Arrange carrots on the grill and brush lightly with the marinade.
- Grill for approximately 20 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent extreme charring.
- When carrots are softer, but still slightly firm, remove from heat.
- Add to a serving platter and drizzle with remaining marinade.
